How do I find a product?
You can use our search bar at the top of the page to search for specific products or browse through our categories.
How can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it’s shipped without incurring any charges. However, once the product has been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply according to the terms and conditions outlined. If you need help with this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team, who will be glad to assist you.
How can I return a product?
If you’re not satisfied, you can return the product within 7days of delivery. Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
How do I know if my order has been successful?
Once your order has been accepted you will receive an Email confirmation from clikon.qa showing the details of the order you have just placed.
Do you provide any warranty?
Yes! We offer a 2 Years warranty on most kitchen & home appliances. It covers manufacturing defects but not damages from misuse.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.
